It turns out that yesterday's headache was a prelude to a cold. I've got a lovely post-nasal drip, dizzyness and sore throat. I spent most of the day in bed, or on the couch watching TV so there's nothing much to report.
With a good night's sleep, hopefully I'll be up and about tomorrow. Geocaching might get a bit muddy!
